Career
Chopra acted in some skin-baring flicks such as Time Pass (2005), Jawani Diwani: A Youthful Joyride (2006), Naughty Boy (2006), Game (2007) and Red Swastik (2007).[2] She has also found mainstream success within the music industry with her first album Outrageous becoming a hit as well as her second album Dard-E-Sherlyn that did well also. After starring in a couple of B-grade flicks, Chopra was finally approached by Yashraj Films to play a supporting role in Anurag Singh’s Dil Bole Hadippa (2009) along with Shahid Kapoor, Rani Mukerji and Rakhi Sawant. Sherlyn Chopra has had a string of publicists — who propelled her image and manipulated her branding giving her the iconic status that she enjoys today. Her spin doctors included Bollywood PR Guru Dale Bhagwagar and veteran free lance journalist Flynn Remedios, with whom she had a nasty personal fight. She has used every trick in the book to make it to the front page and in spite of series of flops — her music videos weren’t exactly very popular — has managed to make news every now and then
